REQUESTS ARE OPEN THRU APRIL 29th!
Please read below for important information on current
lodging updates and instructions on how to book reservations:
Once event registration closes in May, all townhome and hotel room assignments will be assigned based on team configurations and boat slip needs to best accommodate all event attendees. This ensures that all teams are able to be housed together with their captains and boats. It takes a monumental effort to configure all the necessary arrangements with people and boats, so please be patient and know that you will have a place to stay!

Venue lodging assignments will be issued end-of-May or early June after we receive a complete inventory list from the venues.

The Crossing EVENT takes place at two venues....
Bimini Cove Resort (south island) and Bimini Big Game Club (north island).
*Headquarters is located at Bimini Big Game.

For budgeting purposes:

Townhome (Bimini Cove) rates average $300-$500 per night based on size/occupancy

Hotel (Bimini Big Game & Hilton) room rates average $300-$350 per night including taxes & resorts fees (prices based on event discounted rate)

Lodging is limited in Bimini so we ask that people be prepared to share rooms and beds.

BOAT SLIPS - Reservations need to be made by the captain of the support boat at the same venue the team is staying at. Booking links and rates are below.

These two resorts are fully reserved for Crossing participants ONLY.

Townhomes and hotel rooms can only be booked by submitting a Lodging Request form using the booking links on this page.

WHO CAN REQUEST LODGING?
-
Only ONE 'team representative' should submit a lodging request on behalf of the entire team. Based on your team size the number of units with available configurations will be assigned.

Your 'team representative' MUST be a REGISTERED participant with proof of their Classy.org registration 'order number'.

RECREATIONAL SOLO PADDLERS (that requested boat support)
-
You will be roomed with other Recreational Solo paddlers.
-
If you want to be roomed with other specific attendees then make sure to add this special request in the 'Comments' section of the Lodging Request form.

Paddlers need to lodge at the same location as their captain and boat.

If your boat is over 55', or needs water and power, please select Bimini Big Game or Hilton.

LODGING REQUEST INSTRUCTIONS:

Designate ONE person on your team ("team representative") to book lodging for all attendees on your team (Paddlers, Captain, Crew, Family/Friend). This will mitigate duplicated bookings and delays in assignments.

Select which venue you prefer to stay at.

Click respective booking button on this page.

Fill out the form completely. Make sure to include all team members names that you will be lodging with and who can share a bed with who (sharing beds is almost guaranteed if staying at one of the official venues).

Relax and wait until end of May for your room assignment.

No lodging units will be allocated and assigned until registration is fully closed and has been reconciled.
BOAT SLIP REQUEST INSTRUCTIONS:

The captain of the boat must be the one to submit their boat slip request and answer all questions about the boat.

BIMINI COVE RESORT & MARINA (South Island):

Food establishments are limited on the south island to only one on premise small cafe and one off premise bar & grill called Thirsty Turtle

It’s best to bring all your own food and cook family style in your condo
