Please read below for important information on current

lodging updates and instructions on how to book reservations:

Once event registration closes in May, all townhome and hotel room assignments will be assigned based on team configurations and boat slip needs to best accommodate all event attendees. This ensures that all teams are able to be housed together with their captains and boats.  It takes a monumental effort to configure all the necessary arrangements with people and boats, so please be patient and know that you will have a place to stay!

  • Lodging Requests are open until April 29th at 11:30pm EST

  • Venue lodging assignments will be issued end-of-May or early June after we receive a complete inventory list from the venues.

  • For any lodging or boat slip questions, email
