Lodging is officially open for the 2022 Crossing season!  

Please read below for important information and  guidelines before registering.

*Please be patient with our amazing Bimini reservations department as they collect all lodging requests.  All townhome and room assignments will be assigned based on team configurations and boat slip needs to best accommodate all event attendees.  We thank you for your patience and understanding.


There are two official venues for The Crossing….. 


“Bimini Cove Resort & Marina” (South Island) 


“Bimini Big Game Resort & Marina” (North Island)

  • Both venues are fully reserved for Crossing participants ONLY.  Rooms can only be booked by REGISTERED participants with proof of your Classy order number.  


  • Rooms can only be booked using the Crossing Lodging Reservation Portals  listed below.


  • Both venues have a discounted rate for Crossing Participants via the lodging booking portal.


  • Paddlers need to be at the same location as their captain and boat.


  • If your boat needs water and power, or is over 50’, please choose Bimini Big Game.


  • Lodging is limited in Bimini so we ask that people be prepared to share.


  • If you want to stay outside these two venues you are welcome to find lodging via Air BnB, Bimini Bay, or Hilton hotel.  Please note no discounts have been negotiated with these outside sources and they are not in close proximity to the event.



  1. Select which venue you prefer to stay at

  2. Fill out the form completely.  Make sure to include all team members that you will be lodging with.

  3. Relax and wait until the end of May for your room assignment.

  4. No lodging units will be allocated and assigned until registration is fully closed and has been reconciled.



  • Townhomes with full kitchens

  • Shared rooms with beds and pullout couches. You can bring your own blow up mattresses

  • Food establishments are limited on the south island to only one on premise small cafe and one off premise bar & grill called Thirsty Turtle

  • It’s best to bring all your own food and cook family style in your condo

     Boat Slips....

  • Dockage at Bimini Cove is $2.10/ft/nt +

  • All slips are 40' fingers with exception of two 60'

  • Water & Electric rates available by calling Bimini Cove directly

  • Fuel available onsite

  • It’s a 30’ min for both properties.

  • If boat is less than 30, it will be calculated as a 30 footer

     Boat Slips....

  • Dockage at big game is $2.60/ft/nt ++

  • Slips can house boats up to 130'

  • Water & Electric rates available by contacting Big Game directly

  • Fuel located close by at Bimini Blue Water Marina

  • It’s a 30’ min for both properties.

  • If boat is less than 30, it will be calculated as a 30 footer
